This one day course meets the criteria to provide evidence of maintaining the required standard of competence in Personal Survival Techniques. There will be theoretical elements to refresh your knowledge and understanding of the principles. You will also be required to undertake some practical elements; to don a lifejacket, board a survival craft while wearing a lifejacket, board and stream a lifeboat drogue and operate survival craft equipment and related location devices.
