Aimed at chefs looking to transition from restaurant or land-based catering to the yachting industry, this course is taught by an Executive chef with over 30 years’ experience in the industry.

This 2-Day course includes an OceanWave presentation kit and a documentation pack full of templates and checklists to make sure candidates are fully prepared to make the leap from shore to ship.
