This course is essential for management and supervisory roles, providing in-depth knowledge of food safety and effective system and staff management.

This stand-alone course consists of a blended learning package that allows candidates to access an online study profile. Completion of the online syllabus (requiring at least 15 hours of dedicated study time) is mandatory.

Following the online assessment, candidates need to attend the Oceanwave Training Centre in Antibes for the final in-person assessment and exam.
