Behavioural Detection Course provided by Cobweb Cyber Entry level identification of stress behaviour for anyone providing service in a public or private space. By the end of the course you will be able to:

• Understand what might represent a threat
• Identify when somebody’s behaviour steps outside of the baseline of average behaviours
• Achieve entry-level understanding of physiological processes causing fight, flight and freeze responses
• Visualise both individual and cluster behaviours
• Practice resolution conversation and create a coherent picture of an individual’s situation
