Nine chefs working on 40+m superyachts will go head-to-head for a nail-biting competition on the 30th of March at the Monaco Yacht Club!
Presided over by the three-Michelin star Chef Yannick Alléno, the 2022 competition winner Nicolas Petit from MY LATITUDE will be joining the jury this year, as well as other well-respected chefs, including Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) Chef Benoit Nicolas sponsored by Bonemasters Europe.
We are partnering with Monaco Yacht Club and La Belle Classe Academy once again for this competition which puts the spotlight on gourmet cuisine at sea, highlighting the talented chefs in our industry.
Joined by their owners, captains and crew cheering them on, the chefs will be given a mystery box of ingredients provided by Gourmet Deliveries, Metro and U Luvassu Poissonnerie. Then, they will have 40 minutes to create and deliver a dish to delight our jury.

Food trucks will be available for you to purchase lunch and snacks during the day, and Bluewater and GDT will have an open bar with complimentary bubbles and wine. Titta and her team at Superyacht Foodie are joining us with a tasting bar to include Oath Gin, After Rum, Punchy Drinks and more.
Our friends at Yacht Chandlers will be with us again with their gift for all the chefs and the jury, which is becoming a much-coveted accessory by the rest of us!
If anyone has taken their ship’s cook assessment on the French Riviera, you’ll know Chef Duncan Biggs at Ocean Wave Monaco. Duncan will join our jury this year to help monitor the waste from the contestants when making their dishes.
