World-renowned jury

We’re thrilled to reveal the world‑renowned chefs joining us as judges at this year’s competition at the Monaco Yacht Club. 
No pressure, chefs - our nine finalists are in exceptional company.

Meet the Jury
• Philippe Etchebest - One of France’s most celebrated Michelin‑starred chefs and holder of the prestigious Meilleur Ouvrier de France. Known for Top Chef and the French version of Kitchen Nightmares (Cauchemar en Cuisine).

• Jeeny Maltese - TV chef and food writer, regularly appearing on RTÉ One’s The Today Show. Jeeny is recognised for her wellness‑led, globally inspired cuisine.

• Tim Mälzer - A long‑established German TV chef and presenter, host of the competition show Ready to Beef. Restaurateur, cookbook author, and known for bold flavours and a no‑nonsense coaching style.

• Carlo Cracco - Star of Prime Video’s Dinner Club, travelling across Italy with celebrities to explore authentic cuisine. Owner of a Michelin‑starred restaurant listed in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants.

Joining them as a special guest is yacht chef Danny Davies, who will once again assist Vincent Ferniot with interviews and keep the audience entertained throughout the day.

Chef and ship’s cook certificate instructor Duncan Biggs of Oceanwave Monaco will oversee the chefs at their workstations, alongside Chef Frédéric Ramos, President of the Goût et Saveurs association.
