Join our webinar, Healthy Mind & Body for Active Crew, with essential advice to get you through the upcoming season.
Superyacht Chef Danny Davies, Emma from Seas the Mind, and Violetta founder of Pilates with Vee, are hosting a short webinar to ensure you’re prepared for a hectic summer onboard.
The season is heating up, and before you know it, you’ll be on back-to-back charters or busy boss trips.
We invite you to join our short webinar with important advice to take away.
RSVP here to join by zoom on Monday 23rd May.
The star of podcast ‘Behind the Line’ and author of Vegan+, a plant-based book, will be sharing nutritional advice for crew on staying energized during a busy season. Danny is a well-travelled chef; having served as Chef Class 1 with the British Armed forces and was a Royal Chef to Prince Harry and William, he is now a superyacht & private estate chef.
Danny has over 25 years of experience and is making some ripples in the luxury superyacht industry with a cult-like following for his dishes.
He looks forward to sharing his vast knowledge….so step away from the cookie jar for a quick sugar fix and tune in!
Seas the Mind
Emma is a qualified mental health first aid instructor, and she will share advice on warning signs to look out for, in yourself as well as your fellow crew.
Conversation starters – how do you approach someone you’re concerned about, without upsetting them or being awkward?
Mental health is a sensitive topic, but it shouldn’t be ignored, any more than if you saw your fellow crew limping and clearly in physical pain.
Emma is here to help you prepare for your busy season, and will share tips on combatting loneliness.
Pilates with Vee
Vee made the move to yachting in 2011 and before that she was a professional cheerleader and flight attendant.
Now she is an established Pilates Teacher, Teacher Trainer, Mentor and Spa Manager, travelling the world on superyachts, dedicated to helping owners, guests and crew with their health and wellbeing.
Vee will share her advice on workouts when space is limited (hello little cabin!) and when your time is even more limited.
Hot tips on how not to neglect yourself, ensuring you don’t burn out during the season.
We will put your questions to the professionals, so tell us what you would like to know, and if there is any specific advice you’re looking for or tips on staying healthy and productive this summer.
We also have 2 other webinars planned, please pre-register your interest here and we’ll send you the date and timings once confirmed.
