Bertrand’s career started in 2007 at the age of 22, doubling as a charter broker and charter manager. After a few years, he felt the need to explore new horizons and worked for different brokerage houses, including Fraser Yachts in Monaco as a charter manager.

“The invaluable knowledge I have gained over the years brought me to Bluewater in 2016, as charter manager, with the aim to expand the charter fleet and play an active role in the company’s development”.

Bertrand has a passion for his job but when he is not working, he spends most of his time exploring the literary "chefs d’oeuvre" or immersing himself into writing what may become his first book one day… perhaps. He is passionate about reading and writing.
