Sebastian loves to travel with work and holidays. Cooking at a very high standard, he sources some of the finest ingredients this industry has to offer, keeping tuned with up to date trends and techniques and, most of all, having fun.

Sebastian’s last yacht was M/Y Balista where he was onboard for 2 years. It was a fast-paced charter vessel. Last year, they won two awards at the Genoa Superyachts Chef Competition for the Chef and for the Chief Stewardess.

"I loved this position as it was a new 50m with a fantastic galley, panoramic glass, ample space and too much storage. During the 2 years onboard, I slowly equipped it with the best tools any chef would fantasize over. It was a real treat to have worked onboard, however the new step now is joining my new vessel M/Y Mon Plaisir and smashing out the summer.

Being a Head Chef in this amazing industry is one of the proudest experiences I have had to date, so bring on the Chef Competition".
