Safety & Security training course

This course is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, in London. Under UK and European law all employees who have a role in handling food MUST attend this basic food safety course.
As well as galley staff and those serving, the law also includes those involved in loading food during provisioning i.e. the deck crew must also be trained should they assist in transporting groceries.
