THE DEVOCEAN is a 36.89m luxury yacht, built by Sunseeker
and completed in 2008.
It is the most successful production of a GRP yacht in the 30m-40m class from Sunseeker
Her immaculate navy-blue hull compliments the bold lines that set this model apart from competition and her satin black cabinetry gives a warm and opulent feeling. She features a semi-circular bar to greet guests prior to entering the main saloon.
The 8m beam adds space and enhances the feeling of openness onboard The Devocean. The saloon and the dining area (up to 12 guests) provide an excellent setting for a formal event. The full beam Master Cabin, day head and access to the lower decks is located to the port side of the dining area where as the galley and crew accommodation is accessed through the starboard door.
The Master Cabin on-board is extremely spacious and uses the full 8m beam as a private area.
There are 4 cabins located below decks, 3 x Double VIP Cabins and a 4th Twin Cabin with a Pullman bunk when extra capacity is required. All cabins are en-suite and finished to the highest standard with beautiful black marble that complements the walnut cabinetry.
Moving back to the main deck there is the option of continuing up the stairwell to the upper deck or accessing the side decks through the port side lobby entrance. Continuing upstairs, we encounter the upper deck lounge and bar area. A unique space that once again benefits from the full beam of the vessel. This lounge acts as a more relaxing area, a contrast to the formal saloon downstairs on the main deck. There is a day head for guests, servery for crew as well as access to the bridge and Captain’s cabin forward.
The upper saloon opens onto the aft balcony through sliding patio doors, a space that can be configured for dining or relaxing, however you see fit. From the Upper Deck balcony, we can access the vast open air flybridge. Unlike other yachts
in her class she features the advantage of numerous outdoor areas for entertaining or relaxing. The flybridge features a large bar area as well as semi-circular fixed sunbathing around a central Jacuzzi.
