Great opportunity for 2 x senior service stewardess for a 100m+ private motor yacht
2 x senior service stewardess role
One starting 1st May and one to start 1st July
100m+ private motor yacht
Contract: 4:2 rotational position
Leave: 120 days per year
Trial period: 90 days during which leave cannot be taken
Medical insurance provided through WYCC
2 return flights
Salary: 3,800 Euro per month
Ideally 2-3 seasons on yachts or cruise ships
Excellent spoken English
Strong F&B and service background
Experienced in silver service, buffet, plated service and room service
Proven experience leading and coaching junior crew
Strong inventory management skills
Strong housekeeping skills
Reporting to the Head of Service and 2nd service stewardess, in team of 8 service (12 in total).
Responsibilities include cleaning and food service; assisting guests during emergency procedures; supporting and training team members across service operations including stores, provisioning, detailing, guest service, cigars; training and development, and (minimal) administration; leading by example and motivating the team
Ideally EU passport holder with no Schengen visa limitations
You will need a driving licence
No visible tattoos - discrete ones are acceptable
