Course Description
A practical five-day journey to learn meditation step by step. Sessions are guided in person or in small groups, allowing time for questions, reflections, and insights.
Designed for yacht crew of all levels — from newcomers and green crew to experienced heads of department — the programme addresses the high-pressure demands of life at sea, helping participants manage stress, restore energy, and improve focus.
It complements mandatory maritime skills by fostering calm, clarity, and resilience, serving as an essential tool to support mental wellbeing and overall performance on board.
By the end of the course, participants have everything needed to practice independently, naturally, and confidently.
The Practice
A simple pause done sitting with eyes closed — no effort, no technique to master.

20 minutes at the start of the day before demands begin
20 minutes after work or between shifts to reset before what’s next
This daily pause helps restore strength, manage energy, and maintain composure, clarity, and steadiness through every tide.
