Participants will explore the world of core spirits and cocktail families, master essential bartending techniques, and refine their palate through guided tastings. From glassware and garnish to flavour balance and space management, every detail is covered to elevate guest experiences and align with the highest standards of luxury service.

  • Apply basic techniques for building cocktails, including pouring methods, flavour balance, and garnish presentation, to create high-quality drinks.
  • Work effectively within the limited space of a yacht bar, optimising workflow, organisation, and presentation in real onboard conditions.
  • Deliver a polished guest experience, combining professional bartending skills with confident, attentive, and elegant service.
