Bluewater is pleased to announce our partnership with the expert team at World Wine Services, established in 2006 by David Rabaud, a leading sommelier on the French Riviera.
David launched his career at the Gaston Lenôtre alongside Olivier Poussier, who went on to become the world's best sommelier in 2000.
He then joined forces with Alain Ducasse at the prestigious MONTE’s Private Club in London. Alain is an award winning Chef with an instinctive interpretation of Haute Cuisine, operating a number of restaurants such as Plaza Athénée in Paris and The Dorchester which holds three stars in the Michelin Guide.
David then advanced to adopt the role of Beverage Manager and Head Sommelier at the world-renowned RITZ hotel in London, catering to the demands of prominent celebrities and aristocrats.
Working as a sommelier in collaboration with head chefs at some of the best gastronomic restaurants, has lead him into the cellars and dining rooms of some of the most famed individuals.

The World Wine Services team is able to source the most interesting and sought after Wines, Cognacs and Armagnacs delivered directly to your yacht or villa. These fine wines and limited vintages are secured directly from the producers allowing you access to some of the world’s most exceptional collections!
As part of their advisory services they deliver customised wine training for crew, vineyard tours for clients and offer guidance on wine cellars and wine investments.
