Built in 2008 by the renowned Ferretti shipyard, Caramel was delivered in 2009. She is hull number 18 of the series and can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 cabins. Powered by twin MTU engines she can reach a top speed of 32.5 knots, cruising at 29 knots, proving to be quite a speedy little number. Her hull is a terracotta red, resembling that of a warm tone of caramel.
