Crew Unlimited was one of the first yacht crew placement agencies in the world, opening its doors in 1983. It has since gone on to become one of the largest and most well-respected agencies in the industry. CU has earned an exceptional reputation in providing yacht owners and captains with the very best service in recruiting and vetting, by dedicating the personnel needed to proactively check references and verify licenses. Ami has been with Crew Unlimited since 1993, taking over sole-ownership of the company in 1999 and building it into the bespoke Crew Placement and Yacht Charter firm it is today. She serves on the board of CYBA, as Webmaster and New Broker Course Administrator, and is an active member of the PYA, USSA, FYBA and MIASF. Ami is very excited to be adding yacht brokerage to the services that she is able to offer, as part of the bluewater team, with Brian Luke taking on the role of Sales Broker.

About International Crew Training
The team at International Crew Training has offered the best in yacht training in Fort Lauderdale for over 20 years and last year moved into their new purpose-designed, state-of-the-art 17,000 sq ft educational facilities. ICT has the latest electronics and teaching tools, new simulation equipment, an onsite indoor training pool, seasoned instructors renowned throughout the industry, and many other advantages, including a comfortable student lounge, galley and workout facilities. An approved MCA and USCG training centre, ICT has always maintained high examination pass rates.

Founded in 1991, bluewater was created from the ground up, first as a crew placement agency, then quickly expanding to incorporate yacht charter, brokerage, management and crew training.
