Bluewater arrives in Fort Lauderdale

One Company, One Complete Service... Now in Fort Lauderdale!

Going Global

Bluewater invited CU, CUYC and ICT to join our team as we share mutual philosophies, ethics and commitment to excellence. Over the past 25 years, each company has developed and grown within the yachting industry, making the union of bluewater, CU, CUYC and ICT a perfect fit. Crew Unlimited and International Crew Training are well known as industry leaders, with their respective offices and training center both located in Fort Lauderdale, and care passionately about the yachting industry as a whole. This fusion ensures that bluewater can provide a complete service worldwide. No other company is able to sell or charter a yacht on which the crew were recruited and trained in-house, on both sides of the Atlantic!

Whether you are a yacht owner, charter guest, captain or crew member, bluewater will continue to provide the highest level of service, but now on a global scale, with offices in the three major yachting hubs of Antibes, Palma and Fort Lauderdale, as well as Davos, Hong Kong and Moscow.

Crew Unlimited

About Crew Unlimited & CU Yacht Charters

Crew Unlimited was one of the first yacht crew placement agencies in the world, opening its doors in 1983. It has since gone on to become one of the largest and most well-respected agencies in the industry. CU has earned an exceptional reputation in providing yacht owners and captains with the very best service in recruiting and vetting, by dedicating the personnel needed to proactively check references and verify licenses. Acknowledging that it's 'the crew that makes the charter,' in 2005 they expanded the company to a new market - C U Yacht Charters, offering charter services to yacht owners and charter guests.
Ami Ira – President/Owner Crew Unlimited
Ami has been with Crew Unlimited since 1993, taking over sole-ownership of the company in 1999 and building it into the bespoke Crew Placement and Yacht Charter firm it is today. She serves on the board of CYBA, as Webmaster and New Broker Course Administrator, and is an active member of the PYA, USSA, FYBA and MIASF. Ami is very excited to be adding yacht brokerage to the services that she is able to offer, as part of the bluewater team, with Brian Luke taking on the role of Sales Broker.

“I am excited to join the bluewater family, a team I’ve known and respected for more than 20 years. Our ideals are the same, our dedication to quality is the same, and our passion for the yachting community is the same. The marriage of our two brands will surely be a game changer resulting in the world’s largest talent pool by far, sharing more than 90,000 crew candidates. This is something we can be proud of!”

Bluewater has found in CU, CUYC and ICT the perfect match to ensure that we are offering the best possible service on both sides of the Atlantic.
