Simon’s career began at the age of 17 as crew onboard a luxury passenger vessel on the River Thames, where he progressed to the position of captain for 5 years. After getting certified as a scuba diving instructor and working in Thailand for a season, he joined the superyacht sector as a dive instructor and deckhand in Australia. With nearly 8 years at sea, he rose to Second Officer on a 90m yacht before moving ashore. Known for his calm, hands-on approach, Simon now manages yachts with clarity and care.
