With over 30 years in yachting including cruising internationally as a crew member, Marysia joined Bluewater in 1992 as its first employee.

She brings firsthand experience of both yacht operations and Bluewater’s company culture.

Now based in Dubai, she supports the finance team with calm focus and a strong commitment to clients and crew.

Outside of her professional life, she loves to cycle and is an avid supporter of charitable causes.
