Originally from Northern Ireland, Lyndsay moved to Mallorca in 2004 with her parents and young daughter, embracing a new chapter on the island. She began her journey in the yachting industry with Dovaston Crew where she spent eight years building a deep knowledge within the crew recruitment and training sector. Today, she’s a valued member of the Bluewater team, working as a Training Co-ordinator to support crew in reaching their professional goals with efficiency, insight, and a personal touch.
