Originally from South Africa, my love for luxury travel and background in interior design naturally lead me to the yachting industry. Over the past 6 years, I climbed up the ranks to the position of Chief Stewardess on private and charter yachts worldwide. After I got married, I decided to go shore-based and stay within the industry, so the role of Placement Coordinator was the perfect option as it gives me the opportunity to use my own experience to match crew members with their dream job.
