Isla was raised in the nation’s oldest city Saint Augustine, Florida. She has been around the ocean her entire life, growing up sailing with her family.

After graduating college, Isla decided to pursue her career in the yachting industry as she developed a strong desire to travel at a young age and was thrilled to find the adventurous profession of yachting. Isla has traveled to the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Indonesia, Mexico, Hawaii, and the East and West coasts of the USA. Being in the industry since 2010, Isla has finally decided to become shore-based and is really excited to be a part of Bluewater team. Isla enjoys spending time with her husband and fur babies, reading, yoga and the beach.
