Isabella was born and raised in Long Beach, California.

Her family’s passion and love for the water was the main reason for moving to Fort Lauderdale. After growing up around boats, it only seemed suitable for Isabella to begin a career in the Maritime Industry.

She joined ICT as a Course Administrator in January 2015 and is now the Administration Manager / Sales Coordinator for Bluewater Fort Lauderdale.

Isabella enjoys all the challenges that come with her job, along with seeing students pursue and achieve their maritime goals.
