Andrea Goncalves joined Bluewater’s Charter Management team as Charter Management Assistant, supporting Bertrand Mattei and the wider department in the day-to-day coordination and administration of the fleet’s charter activities.

Originally from Monaco and fluent in French, English, Portuguese and Spanish, Andrea brings an international mindset together with a strong sense of organisation, communication and client service. She graduated with a Master’s degree in International Management from the International University of Monaco, following a Bachelor’s degree in International Communication.

Before joining Bluewater, Andrea gained valuable experience within the yachting and events industries. She worked as a Maritime Agent with Arkemaro Yachting in Monaco, and also for the Grimaldi Forum Monaco and SwimApp in San Francisco.

Recognised for her professionalism, adaptability and positive attitude, Andrea supports the Charter Management team across a broad range of responsibilities, including administration, logistics coordination, reporting and assisting with the smooth execution of charter operations. Her attention to detail and approachable personality make her a valued point of contact for both clients and colleagues alike.
