Tim Moss has been a top engineering instructor for 10 years. Following a 33 year career in the Royal Navy he then graduated with an MSc in Engineering and Management.

With this new process, the route to promotion is quicker, the Auxiliary Equipment course has been split and reduced, and overall the content and exams are more relevant for those working in the yachting industry.
