Description
Akula was refitted to accommodate professional helicopter operations and to be able to cruise the world in style, safety and comfort.
Akula is equipped with four Vosper stabilizers that assist rough weather heli operations allowing comfortable landings in up to around Force 6 weather conditions.
Three main diesel electric engines provide single screw propulsion and power. Together with the silenced generators sound (DB) levels compare well with modern day building standards. Stern and bow thrusters allow for ease of manoeuvring and positioning.
Akula is not for sale to US residents while in US waters
