Crew Chef - 95m private/charter motor yacht
Culinary trained/yachting experience is must
Culinary trained and all valid yachting certs and visas
2020 SoFlo/Caribbean charter season (Summer) / 2020 South Florida/Caribbean (Winter)
3rd Chef/Crew Chef needed for a ’90+Meter Motor Yacht with a galley team of 3.
Must be a Culinary trained chef with restaurant and yacht experience.
The role requires flexibility and a level head - mainly crew cooking.
Strong repertoire including Italian, Asian, American as well as bread and pastry.
Strong organizational and communication skills a must.
Looking for a great crew member to assist for 4-6 weeks.
It’s a busy program with a lot going on, so someone who can hit the ground running and fit in well with the rest of the crew.
You will be working alongside the 2nd chef and rotating from time to time.
Must be hardworking and drama free.
