40m private motor yacht looking for a Chef

French Riviera based.
Must be culinary trained and have at least 2 seasons of previous chef experience on yachts of similar size.
6 guests, 6 crew. Med and Italian cuisine. Healthy, fresh food. Must be creative. Buffet and plated service.
Good with provisioning, accounting and hygiene.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, well presented.
Male only due to cabin arrangements.
Must be fluent in English, French or Italian a bonus.
Non smoker, no tattoos.
Seasonal position to start in June.
Salary depending on experience.
