French Riviera Fireworks 2016

Every year in the South of France, during the summer months of July and August, various towns and cities get involved in the ‘International Fireworks Festival’.

Cannes, Antibes, Monaco and many more surrounding areas celebrate the festival in style, and have some of the most delightful sights that you will see all summer!

They boast a show of fantastic pyro-techniques and music, lighting up the sky and bays along the Riviera, attracting over 200,000 tourists and local spectators, from all over. Everyone is invited to come along and watch these breath-taking displays and various events even hold fireworks competitions!

Festival international d’art pyrotechnique – Cannes

14th, 21st, 29th July at 10pm
& 7th, 15th & 24th August at 10pm

Since as early as 1967, Cannes has hosted a major fireworks competition where participants display an entire show! With fireworks set to music, it creates a fantastic atmosphere and electric feeling on the beach.

Concours International de feux d’artifices pyromélodiques – Monaco

25th, 30th July at 10pm
6th & 13th August at 9.30pm

Held in Port Hercules, this is a highlight of the summer season in Monaco (and also everywhere else along the Riviera), lighting up the Monegasque sky with a powerful sound system, allowing spectators from all over Monaco to enjoy the wowing displays.

Festival Pyromélodique d’Antibes - Antibes Juan-les-Pins

3, 10, 17 July at 10pm
24 August at 10pm

Antibes’ Festival Pyromélodique brings the summer season to a beautiful close. The best firework experts of the day put on a magical show in the Bay of Juan-les-Pins to delight the eyes and the ears.
