1. Event Cancellation or Postponement
The event organisers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Seminar due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or any other factors beyond their control. In such cases, a refund will be issued for the Seminar registration fee only.

2. Event Photography and Videography
Photographs and videos may be taken during the Seminar for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending the Event, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in such materials.

3. Cancellation by Participant
If a participant cancels their registration, the registration fee is non-refundable. However, registrations are transferable, and a substitute attendee may be nominated at no additional cost.
