You will learn: Treatment of burns and scalds, bleeding, shock, and broken bones. Students learn bandaging methods and how to move and position a patient, and also how to improvise materials to help with this. There is a very important practical assessment to the course, where students are required, amongst other things, to correctly carry out resuscitation on a manikin.
