This course thoroughly covers the syllabus outlined by the STCW Code 1995 Table A-VI/1-1, focusing on essential survival procedures in the event of abandoning ship at sea and the necessary preparations for such an occurrence.
 

Throughout the course, you will gain insights into the organisational structure you will be integrated into upon joining your yacht. A key training component involves a two-hour pool drill, wherein you will practice correctly utilising an inflatable life raft, including boarding and capsize drills.


Participants must be in good physical condition. Any existing medical conditions, particularly those related to the back, heart, or respiratory system, should be brought to the instructor’s attention for proper accommodation.
