Shelley worked as a registered midwife and nurse before joining yachts. For 7 years she worked on super yachts in just about every position short of engineer and captain. Utilising her yachting background, she became a crew agent three years ago. In addition to recruitment, Shelley is also a First Aid and Medical Instructor for Blue Water and Freedom Yachting.
