After graduating from University in England with an honours degree in French and Management Studies, Rebecca worked for 4 years in a travel agency specializing in travel arrangements for businesses and individuals but more importantly with the Yachting Industry at every level from the brokers to yacht crew, flying them to and from various destinations worldwide. It was in this capacity that she was approached by Blue Water, and began as a Charter Broker. Rebecca Cutter currently heads up the Blue Water Charter department.
