Phil has been an instructor at Blue Water for the past year after spending 12 years as a professional Captain both on sail and motor yachts. He has a widespread knowledge of the Western Med., Ionian and Aegean, the Caribbean, Central America, US East Coast and Northern European Waters. Previously he was a Senior RYA instructor in the UK.
