Following a career in the Royal Navy, Peter started working on yachts in the South of France before setting up his own company, Blue Water, in Antibes in January 1991, First he launched Blue Water’s Crew Agency shortly followed by the Training Department in September 1991.

Blue Water has grown steadily, offering a competitive and successful service to yachts worldwide. It is now recognised as one of the leading crew agencies in Europe and since purchasing Freedom Yachting in September 2004 the only company in Europe offering MCA and RYA approved training courses.

Blue Water’s Charter & Brokerage Department has worked with recognized and reputable MYBA Brokerage Houses for the past ten years.

Our Charter Fleet and Charter Department have also grown over the years with a fleet of popular and reputable yachts run by professional and experienced crew and a loyal clientele who put their trust in our services. Blue Water is currently planning the launch of a Yacht Management Division in the course of 2005 to extend the services offered to our valued clients.
