Lucia Chastel moved from Guatemala to the USA after winning a Fulbright scholarship to Cornell University. After gaining her Doctorate she moved to France. Lucia joined Blue Water in the crewing department two and half years ago, but was quickly integrated into the Training dept. as training coordinator. With Lucia's fluency in French, Spanish and English she serves as an important liaison between our French and Spanish speaking clients. With Lucia's organisational and managerial skills, she set up our Lloyds ISO quality system and now holds the position of General Administrator for the Company.
