No smoking is permitted inside the yacht.
Use of personal water craft (ie. jet ski) is only permitted subject to the operator having the appropriate licence and meeting with local operating regulations.
No pets permitted on board.
Children are to be under the direct supervision of an adult member of the charter party or hired nanny at all times.
